Compensation & Financial
Profit sharing: TI’s profit sharing plan encourages employees to continuously find ways to increase TI’s profitability. In years when the company reaches a minimum threshold of profitability, all employees receive profit sharing equivalent to a specified percentage of their annual base earnings. Additionally, TI provides other bonus opportunities based on individual, organizational and company performance.
Matched 401(k): TI offers a matched 401(k) plan to help employees save for their retirement. Contribution options include both pre- and post-tax and employees are eligible to participate on their first day at TI. The TI matching contribution is $1 for $1 up to 4 percent of annual eligible earnings and employees are 100 percent vested upon enrollment.
ESPP: TI’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) makes it easy for employees to become shareholders of the company and share in TI’s potential future growth and profitability. Employees can purchase TI stock at a 15 percent discount from fair market value on the date of purchase. ESPP open enrollment is offered four times a year.

All local Dallas employees can take advantage of this unique pass, which helps their wallets and the environment. TI also runs free shuttle buses from the nearby rail stations to its sites throughout the day and offers an on-call shuttle service to any of its multiple Dallas-area campuses.
