With more than 3.5 million sq. ft. of clean room space, and with more than 18,000 people in eight countries, Texas Instruments develops, fabricates, assembles and tests components for some of the industry's most successful electronics products. TI semiconductor manufacturing facilities include high-volume wafer fabrication, assembly and testing. TMG employees work in three main focus areas:

  • technology development
  • wafer manufacturing, testing and packaging
  • quality control (from product design through customer support)

As the market grows, we expand to meet demand. For example, we created the industry's first 300-millimeter analog wafer factory in Richardson, Texas, and added assembly and test facilities in the Philippines, China and Japan.
